Also, please note that Camcorders/Cinema cameras are not compatible with the shutter release cables, but they are compatible with most ASHANKS units for video recording.

Problems of ASHANKS SMOOTHONE SLIDER APP?

1.  You can uninstall the APP and then find our newestest app on the APPLE store and on Google Play.  Search for "SMOOTHONE SLIDER".
2.  Contact ASHANKS customer services for help.

Timelapse Shutter synchronization troubleshooting independently repairs.

First, choose the correct cables for your camera, and connect to the correct hold on the motor. See how to choose the correct shutter cable. Or contact ASHANKS Customer Services.
1. Only move without taking photos
Method: turn off the autofocus; check whether the shutter cable is properly connected
 
2. Slide when tilted; Freeze or shake when the slider moves.
Method: Check whether the belt is loose
 
3. The screen shakes when shooting
Method: turn off the camera's auto anti-shake function; turn off the camera's autofocus function
 
4. Shoot while the slider is moving:
Method: Increase the delay time data

I have accidentally broken my ASHANKS product. Can this be replaced?

Any accident (except intentional damage) that causes a total malfunction is covered for the product's life. In that event, ASHANKS will repair or replace the defective part or product at its sole discretion. Replacement will only be with a comparable new or refurbished product.

No, ASHANKS does not charge restocking fees for returns.

I want to return my product. Do I have to pay for shipping?

In most cases, return shipping charges (and any applicable customs/duties fees) are the responsibility of our customers.
This said, if our customer support has concluded that your return is in any way related to an ASHANKS shortcoming, you will not pay a dime returning your order or item. We promise that we will always make it right for you.

My products have been returned, when can I expect my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days from when our Returns Department receives your return.
Depending on your financial institution's policy on credits, the funds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Once your refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your ASHANKS account.
