You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the round-trip shipping costs.

12-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issue

● Requests within country of purchase

We will take care of all quality-related issues with REPLACEMENTS within 12 months, we promise to maintenance and accept refund but clients may pay some of domestic shipping charges to our side. Please note: Any provided shipping labels must be used within 10 days of purchase.

● Requests from outside country of purchase

We will take care of all quality-related issues with REPLACEMENTS within 12 months, we promise to maintenance and accept refund but the international shipping costs of round-trip must be covered by the customer. Please note: Any provided shipping labels must be used within 20 days of purchase. 

● Requests for orders shipped from overseas warehouses

All above are shipped from China. For any purchases shipped overseas from the USA/UK/AU//JP via Amazon or eBay, please refer the rules or items on our Amazon stores. We'd like to forward your questions and issues to correct person and also solve it soon.
